Chase Chandler shot two-over par 38 Saturday to win the individual title at the 2024 Shelby County Boys Golf Tournament at Timbergate Golf Course in Edinburgh.

Chandler’s teammate Garrett Eberhardt shot 45 to finish runner-up in the standings.
Also shooting 50 or better in the windy conditions were Southwestern’s Eli Smith (46), Triton Central’s Derreck Uhls (48) and Max Ray (49), Morristown’s Eli Graves (49) and Waldron’s Lucas Shaw (50).

Triton Central was the only school to field a complete team. The Tigers’ 180 earned them the county tourney title.

Also competing for Morristown were Michael Ballinger (67) and Ethan Tryon (71).

Following Shaw on the Waldron scorecard were Gage Kropp (59) and Matthew Thomas (66).
