Part of the mission of the Shelby County Animal Rescue Foundation continues to be community outreach. We want all pets in Shelby County to have loving homes and for them all to be healthy and loved.
One way that we felt we could meet this part of our mission is to offer a Low Cost Pet Vaccine Clinic. We have been excited by the large turn-out at past clinics, and SCARF and the Shelby County Animal Shelter are excited to announce our first Low Cost Pet Vaccine Clinic of 2015.
It will be held on Saturday, May 16th, from 9 a.m. to Noon at the Shelby County Animal Shelter.
Dr. Woodward from Tri-County Veterinary Service will again be generously donating his time to administer the shots to both dogs and cats. Dogs will be required to be on a leash and cats will need to be in a carrier the day of the clinic.
Space is limited so we are requiring all pet owners to register and pay for the vaccines in advance. We will not be able to accept walk-ins the day of the clinic.
The registration form can be found on SCARF’s website at www.helpshelbycountyanimals.com, the Shelby County Animal Shelter’s website, www.shelbycountyanimalshelter.org, and at the Shelby County Animal Shelter, 1100 Clem Road, Sidney, OH.
Interested pet owners may also email SCARF at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Shelby County Animal Shelter at 937-498-7201 for more information on the clinic.
Registration forms must be returned to the Shelby County Animal Shelter at 1100 Clem Road, Sidney, OH 45365, along with payment no later than April 30th or until the clinic is fully booked. Space is limited so please register early. Checks should be made payable to SCARF.
Costs for the shots will be as follows and payment is due at the time of registration:
Rabies $8.00; Distemper / Parvo / Corona / Lepto Combo $9.00
Feline 4 Way $6.00; Feline Leukemia $11.50; Rabies $8.00
